Requirements & restrictions

• Ages: Adults 2–99 years
• You have booked a private helicopter tour with 30-minutes of flight time over Miami. Please note that the full experience, including safety briefing, boarding, and disembarking, takes approximately 40 minutes.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in, waiver signing, photo ID verification, and to present the credit or debit card used for payment.
• All flights depart on time. Miami traffic can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. Late arrivals will result in a missed tour with no refunds.
• An airport fee of $19 per passenger is due at check-in, payable directly to our team.
• Gratuities for the pilot are not included but are always appreciated.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Arrive 30 minutes in advance to the time your tour is reserved for check in procedure.
• If you arrive after the time of the tour departure time, it will be considered “no-show” with no-refunds.
• Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
• All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport.
• It's not allowed to bring food or beverages.
• Not allowed : Smoking, drugs, intoxication of vaping.
• The person that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight and show ID and credit card.

Cancellation

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
