• You have booked a private helicopter tour with 20-minutes of flight time over South Miami. Please note that the full experience, including safety briefing, boarding, and disembarking, takes approximately 30 minutes.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in, waiver signing, photo ID verification, and to present the credit or debit card used for payment.
• All flights depart on time. Miami traffic can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. Late arrivals will result in a missed tour with no refunds.
• An airport fee of $19 per passenger is due at check-in, payable directly to our team.
• Gratuities for the pilot are not included but are always appreciated.

• Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 590 pounds (265 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 290 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
• Arrive 30 minutes in advance for check in and safety procedures.
• It is required a minimum of 2 people per booking.
• Must show a valid photo ID ( Passport or Drivers License).
• It's not allowed to bring food or beverages.
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
