Free trip photos are included, and after the canyon you can return to our purpose-built base for changing facilities, a hot shower and a complimentary tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Requirements & restrictions

• Ages: Youth 12–16, Adults 17–95 years
• Please arrive at the our team base, 37 Camp Street, Queenstown, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure and show your booking voucher at check-in.
• Please allow enough time to arrive and check in. Late arrivals may not be able to join the trip and may not be eligible for a refund.
• Important safety information
• For your safety, you cannot participate if you:
• Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Are pregnant
• Weigh more than 120 kg (you may be weighed before departure)
• Are unable to safely fit the canyoning equipment provided
• Have a medical or health condition that could make participation unsafe
• If you have any questions about your suitability to participate, please contact our team before your tour.

• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Weight limit of 120kg
• Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian signed consent.
• Minimum age is 12 years
• All medical conditions will need to be declared before departure
• We recommend that you wear a non cotton thermal underlayer (merino or polypro)

Cancellation

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
