Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older must present a photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, at check-in.

Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
• IMPORTANT: It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved U.S. Air Carrier with a fraudulent identification.
• COMFORT & SAFETY: Due to comfort and weight / balance of the helicopter, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
• The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication at no refund.
• ACCESSIBILITY: This tour is wheelchair accessible provided that there is someone in your party able to assist you with boarding and disembarking. Wheelchairs will remain at the terminal during flight
• ARRIVAL TIME AT TERMINAL: You MUST arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
